Order processing
We send orders worldwide. All our product prices include postage and packing within the UK. Next day delivery within the UK incurs an extra charge of £10.
International orders
All orders from outside the UK will incur a charge of £15 postage and packaging fee. For each additional item a £5 fee will be incurred. Customers are responsible for any customs duty or taxed incurred upon receipt at country of destination.
Delivery of goods
The order is processed for delivery once payment is made. The order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commission of the order and the delivery. Orders will be posted only to the order address given.
General disclaimer
All garments sold at 5rivers boutique are handmade to the highest standard with attention to detail. It is common process characteristic of embroidered, woven and printed products to have slight irregularities which cannot be helped.
Colour disclaimer
Please note that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different in comparison to the actual product ordered as it is impossible to replicate the exact colour.
Refund or exchange policy
Jewellery items have a no refund no exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.
All garments which have been exclusively tailored to specific sizes are non-refundable.
Please note: As the majority of our products are one off pieces. They are sold subject to availability,on a first come first served basis.It is possible for another customer to purchase a product as it is still in your shopping basket.We would therefore recommend that you purchase your chosen product as soon as possible.In the event of any such situation occuring you will be notified as soon as possible and your payment will be refunded immediately.
Returnable items
This will incur a charge of 30%. The customer is responsible for the postage charges our boutique address in Gateshead..UK. All returns will need prior approval via email. Failure to seek approval will result in items not being accepted and returned to the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt.
Pay Pal
Whilst you can be confident in the security of the Pay Pal payment method used to process orders this is a third party processor and responsability for these payments are held by the third party.

Jewellery Care
To care for your jewellery
avoid contact with detergents, perfumes, hairsprays and other similar products.
Remove jewellery before applying lotions and creams.
These products will dull the jewellery and spoil its look. To keep your jewellery clean, buff with a dry soft cloth.
Garment Care
All our garments are made of the finest quality materials and the nature of the intricate embroidery work.
It is recommended that they should be dry-cleaned.
Avoid soiling them with perfumes and creams
Be careful not to catch worn jewellery on the garments as they can cause the fabric to click. All the garments will be sent housed in a 5Rivers protective zipped bag.
